Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate estimates and recommend suitable solutions to meet client needs.
  • Schedule work efficiently, taking into account workshop/targets, job complexity, and parts availability.
  • Upsell genuine parts and accessories, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to provide a seamless service to clients.
