We are seeking a skilled Evidence Presentation Specialist to join our team at Opus 2, a leading provider of cloud-based document management solutions for the legal industry. As an Evidence Presentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' litigation and arbitration needs by providing expert technical support and training.

This is a client-facing position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Displaying evidence to screens in the hearing room, including the manipulation of images to ensure optimum display and the presentation of native files using a variety of software;
  • Providing technical support to judges, arbitrators, witnesses, solicitors, and barristers in the hearing room;
  • Conducting daily 'flight checks' of all Opus 2 equipment in the hearing room and liaising with the Projects, Client Services, and Technical teams as needed;
  • Delivering training to judges and arbitrators on an ad hoc basis.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat;
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A flexible attitude and a willingness to travel as needed.
