As a key member of our team, you will work closely with legal teams in the hearing room, utilizing our secure platform to streamline trial preparation and presentation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our dynamic team. As an Evidence Presentation Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Displaying evidence on screens in the hearing room, ensuring optimal display and presentation of native files using various software;
  • Providing technical support to judges, arbitrators, witnesses, solicitors, and barristers in the hearing room;
  • Conducting daily equipment checks and liaising with our Projects, Client Services, and Technical teams to ensure seamless operations;
  • Delivering training to judges and arbitrators on an ad hoc basis.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and use initiative;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and Adobe Acrobat;
  • A flexible attitude to meet the needs of our business and clients, with a willingness to travel.
