Job Description

La Fosse Associates are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Programme Lead to join a leading retailer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all technology projects and programmes as the company looks to transform its tech capability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering technology projects and programmes from scoping to delivery
  • Identifying, monitoring and managing risks and issues across projects and programmes
  • Developing the project and programme delivery capability, implementing structure, processes and tools
  • Providing project management expertise and guidance to the business
  • Responsibility for budget management and tracking against budget
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Background delivering a variety of technology projects within an unstructured/high-growth environment

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + bonus + benefits.

Location: Hybrid ~2days a week.
