As a Senior Practitioner, you will be valued for your positive and dynamic practice, assisted to continue to develop within a supportive learning environment and operate within a 'can-do' culture.
ResponsibilitiesYou will manage a small case load including s42 safeguarding enquiries and complex case work; ensure the timely and proportionate allocation of work within the team; and provide supervision, support and guidance to staff.
Your role will combine some office-based working and working from home.
RequirementsYou must have a recognised social work qualification and be currently registered with Social Work England. You will also have a minimum of three years post-qualifying practice and experience.
Your values will demonstrate excellent social work skills in practice and professional pride.
