Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioural Teaching Assistant Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Behavioural Teaching Assistant Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster positive behaviour and deliver exceptional care to students with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour management strategies.
- Assist students with communication and emotional regulation, and provide support with social and emotional needs.
- Work closely with a KS2 pupil to aid in their acceptance and development.
- Contribute to the creation of an inclusive and nurturing environment for all students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help pupils succeed.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or behavioural support (preferred).
