Exciting Opportunity for Mobile Maintenance Engineer

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant across High-End residential estates and commercial offices in the London and M25 area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weekly Fire Alarm Tests and log
  • Weekly AOV test and Log
  • L8 water hygiene monitoring
  • Fan Coil Unit servicing
  • HIU/CIU servicing (Training will be given)
  • AHU servicing
  • MVHR servicing
  • Weekly/Monthly Generator test and log
  • Weekly CHP Checks and log
  • Monthly Car Park smoke ventilation test and log
  • Monthly/Annual Emergency Lighting test and log
  • Supervision of Sub Contractors
  • Assist with preparation of Quotations for remedial works.
  • Be available for duty call out cover, on a Rota basis (currently 1 in 8)
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Installation / Engineering
  • You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • An understanding of commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
Package:
  • Up to £45,000 (Based on experience / Qualifications)
  • Company Vehicle with Fuel card and Float
