Mobile Mechanical Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Mobile Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance across a commercial portfolio in the London/Kent area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain mechanical plant, including pumps, motors, seals, and bearings.
  • Perform plumbing tasks, such as unblocking toilets and replacing taps and washers.
  • Manage and maintain BMS systems, including monitoring hot and cold temperatures.
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance, including installing and replacing hot water cylinders, pipework, and boilers.
  • Work to planned preventative and reactive maintenance regimes, maintaining and updating logbooks as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 (recognised trade qualification).
  • Qualified to work with central heating, water heaters, pipe work, unvented hot water, and HVAC systems.
  • Electrical knowledge and a full clean driving license are also required.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer looking for a new challenge. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary in the region of up to £45,000, with a potential route into further career progression.

  • Salary of £45,000
  • 40 hours per week
  • 1 hour travel paid per day
