About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Technical Consultant to join our Cyber Security team in London. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work to clients in the IAM domain, including IAM strategy definition, IAM control reviews, and large-scale IAM transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IAM project work-streams from inception to final delivery.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on IAM controls.
  • Support in developing strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans for multiple IAM domains.
  • Specialist knowledge on IAM tooling and their integration with client IT systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Requirements
  • Experience of IAM requirements gathering and strategy development.
  • Experience of managing and delivering aspects of IAM projects.
  • Experience of implementing one or more of the following IAM solutions: Sailpoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity, Okta, BeyondTrust, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Ability to interpret enterprise-scale user data, generate insights, and construct solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting internal and client relationships.
  • Eligibility for SC clearance.
