Job Title: Senior IAM Consultant / Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Consultant / Developer to join our team at JSS Associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identity and Access Management Solutions:
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust IAM solutions using Ping One, Ping DaVinci, and Ping Access.
  • Integrate IAM solutions with various authentication protocols such as OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and Header-based authentication.
  • Manage PingOne DaVinci environments and connectors, ensuring seamless flow creation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation.
Flow Building and Management:
  • Develop, import, and export flows, including creating and utilizing sub flows.
  • Describe and configure common core connector functionalities such as HTTP, Challenge, Flow Conductor, Function, and Code Snippet.
  • Manage multiple flow versions, configure input schema, and expand flow functionality using custom JavaScript.
  • Create and configure connector instances to enhance flow capabilities.
Flow Use Cases:
  • Develop and outline various flow use cases, including registration flows, MFA device flows, password reset flows, and authentication flows.
  • Ensure that flow design concepts are well-defined and effectively implemented.
Application Management:
  • Create and configure applications within the IAM environment.
  • Develop and implement flow policies for applications, ensuring optimal security and functionality.
Testing and Support:
  • Participate in Scrum calls and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Perform application unit and smoke testing to ensure system integrity.
  • Provide resolution support for tickets related to Ping One, Ping Directory, Azure Federation, and other related services.
  • Support service requests using standardized procedures and existing SOPs, particularly for integrations with Ping ID MFA and Ping Federate platforms.
  • Provide support for multiple login methods used by various users, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a strong focus on Ping Identity solutions.
  • Proven expertise in working with Ping DaVinci, Ping One, Ping Access, and related IAM technologies.
  • Experience integrating IAM solutions with Azure AD, LDAP, and other authentication technologies.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of IAM protocols including OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and Header-based authentication.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for expanding flow functionality within Ping DaVinci.
  • Familiarity with IAM flow management, including flow creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
