A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is a highly successful contractor with a loyal client base and a full order for 2025. We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Oxford.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage commercial resources to maximise margin through subcontractor contracts.
- Control subcontract packages from enquiry to final account.
- Package management and change control.
The ideal candidate will report to a Commercial Manager and be part of the senior site team underpinning project success. With opportunities for staff development and promoting from within, this role offers plenty of room to grow and progress in our Oxford region.
We offer a competitive basic salary of £55-75,000, excellent bonus scheme, car or car allowance, 25 days annual leave, private healthcare, company contributory pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and support with professional memberships.
