About the Role:
Our client, a leading machine tool support company, is seeking a skilled Machine Tool Service Engineer to join their team. The company values work-life balance and offers engineers the autonomy to manage their schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, servicing, and repair of CNC and manual machine tools.
- Completing weekly timesheets via iAuditor.
- Ensuring service sheets are signed off by both the customer and the engineer.
- Submitting daily timesheets and job reports.
- Providing job updates to the office by 3:00 PM each day.
- Notifying the office upon job completion.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' proven experience as a Machine Tool Service Engineer.
- Knowledge of DMG MORI, Haas, and Doosan machinery is highly desirable.
- Experience with controls such as Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi.
- Robotics experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
