Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative womenswear tailoring and outerwear designs that meet customer needs and align with our high standards.
  • Research and analyze fashion trends, market demands, and competitive products to create cutting-edge designs.
  • Collaborate with in-country merchandising teams to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
  • Participate in design reviews, presentations, and meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on fabric developments, garment construction techniques, and industry innovations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in womenswear design, focusing on tailoring and outerwear.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and technical proficiency in womenswear tailoring and outerwear.
  • Excellent understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fitting.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
