Success Talent is seeking a talented Womenswear Designer to join our team. As a Soft Woven Designer, you will be responsible for the creative design and development of womenswear blouses and dresses. You will work closely with high street clients to interpret briefs and deliver commercially viable collections that meet customer expectations while maintaining brand identity.

You will design and develop soft woven womenswear with a focus on blouses and dresses for UK high street retailers. You will research and interpret market trends, fabric innovations, and colour palettes to create trend-led and commercially viable designs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience designing soft woven womenswear, ideally focusing on blouses and dresses.
  • Experience designing for high street brands and a strong understanding of UK and European retail markets.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD for developing detailed technical drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and pattern-making techniques specific to soft wovens.
