About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Engineer to join our team at GRAHAM Group. As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering support to the Project Manager and Site Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake surveying and setting out to ensure accurate site layout and measurements.
  • Check drawings and quantities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Schedule selected materials for ordering from the procurement department to ensure timely delivery.
  • Plan and organize site operations to meet agreed deadlines and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Liaise with consultants and sub-contracts as necessary to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Supervise and monitor site labour force and sub-contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements are met and maintained.
  • Maintain quality records to meet quality requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during project execution.
  • Arrange testing of materials and instruments to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Keep a Site Diary to record important events, issues, and decisions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate previous experience in a Senior Site Engineer role.
  • Hold a degree in a relevant subject, such as engineering or construction management.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Hold a valid Health and Safety Induction, including Management System certification.
  • Hold a valid CSR/SAFEPASS/CSCS Card.
  • Hold a valid First Aid at Work certification.
