About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Engineer to join our team at GRAHAM Group. As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering support to the Project Manager and Site Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake surveying and setting out tasks to ensure accurate site layout and measurements.
  • Check drawings and quantities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Schedule materials for ordering and coordinate with the procurement department.
  • Plan and organize site operations to meet project deadlines.
  • Liaise with consultants and sub-contractors as necessary to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Supervise and monitor site labor forces and sub-contractors to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
  • Maintain quality records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Resolve technical difficulties and other issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Arrange testing of materials and instruments used on site.
  • Keep a site diary to record important events and activities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate previous experience in a Senior Site Engineer role.
  • Hold a degree in a relevant subject.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Health and Safety Induction, including Management System.
  • CSR/SAFEPASS/CSCS Card.
  • First Aid at Work.
