Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Quality Control Engineer who would like to develop skills further into Environmental or an Environmental Specialist who is keen to add Quality to your repertoire. This role offers a blend of technical expertise in quality and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will have gained experience from within a manufacturing environment. A WAMITAB qualification is desirable but not essential. You will have good knowledge of EN 9001, AS9100, and/or ISO14001, as well as experience of compliance.

Responsibilities:
* Enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) by identifying gaps, assessing opportunities for improvement, and coordinating corrective action planning and execution.
* Lead the accreditation process for BS EN 9001, AS9100, and ISO 14001 standards, ensuring that all required documentation is complete and up to date.
* Conduct internal audits to evaluate compliance and identify areas for process improvement.
* Ensure full legal compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to operational facilities.
* Actively promote adherence to Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) policies, fostering a culture of compliance.
* Oversee compliance processes and maintain effective reporting systems.
* Serve as the primary contact for quality and environmental guidance, offering expert support to the business and liaising with regulatory and accreditation bodies as needed.
* Provide training to new hires and current employees on all aspects of the Quality Management System.
