About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Project Coordinator to join our team at a luxurious London hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of hotel facilities, working closely with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with external contractors to ensure timely completion of hotel projects.
  • Oversee the internal engineering team, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
  • Develop and present comprehensive budgets and project timelines to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained, adhering to specifications and regulations.
  • Recruit a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent multitasking skills.
  • Possess basic accounting and budgeting knowledge, as well as a background in electrics, plumbing, and plant engineering.
Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of £50,000 per annum (inclusive of Tronc), plus opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic work environment.
