Commercial Insurance Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Executive to join our team at The Recruit LAB. in Sheffield. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quotations for new business and assist with the growth plans of our Sheffield branch.
  • Deal with clients over the phone, in person, and via email to ensure client retention and sales targets are maximized.
  • Ensure all product information provided is clear, fair, and not misleading, allowing customers to make informed decisions.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Identify complaints and refer to the necessary complaint handler.
  • Deal with queries by email, telephone, and in person, ensuring all SLAs are adhered to.
Requirements:
  • 4 years minimum experience working within a commercial sales, broking, or underwriting environment.
  • GCSE or equivalent qualifications preferred.
  • Certificate in insurance preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
