Job Title: Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist

Mountain Warehouse Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global internal communications plan that inspires, informs, and engages our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global internal communications plan that aligns with the company's business strategy.
  • Review and develop processes and communication channels to ensure effective communication across our global business.
  • Manage a Content Creator to ensure innovative assets are created for multiple platforms.
  • Work with the Executive team to create a regular cascade of key business communications.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & PR to ensure internal tone of voice is aligned with external communications.
  • Deliver day-to-day internal communications activity with support from the people team.
  • Ensure all communications are consistent across the business.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of retail communication experience.
  • Experience of leading an engagement survey across multi-site & multi-brand business.
  • Strong content creation experience.
  • Understanding of multi-platform approach.
  • Strong copywriting & editorial skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Understands brand and experience in consistently maintaining brand messaging.
