Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Tax Analyst to join our team in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property tax filings and budgeting, reviewing property tax bills, managing property tax audits, and assisting with tax journal entries on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Key Responsibilities- Manage property tax filings and budgeting
- Review property tax bills and identify areas for improvement
- Manage property tax audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Assist with tax journal entries on a monthly or quarterly basis
- Collaborate with external tax providers to ensure timely tax payments
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in property tax or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
