Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties in Malvern, Worcestershire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

About the Role
  • Oversee the maintenance of assigned properties to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality repairs and services.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Property Manager or similar role within the property management sector.
  • A strong understanding of property management principles, laws, and best practices.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role requires daily travel to our properties, so flexibility and a willingness to work independently are essential.
