Job Description: Talk Staff Group Limited seeks a Financial Planning Specialist to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial information
  • Overseeing cash flow management and forecasting
  • Developing and enhancing forecasting models
  • Presenting detailed analysis and findings to stakeholders
  • Serving as a supervisor for finance team members
  • Creating annual budgets
  • Evaluating software systems and recommending improvements

The ideal candidate will significantly contribute to financial and MI reporting, ensure prompt information availability, and report directly to the MD and external FD.

Requirements:

  • CIMA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
  • Substantial knowledge of Financial Planning, Analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to produce clear and concise financial reports
  • Analyze MI/financial data, formulate solutions, and implement
  • Offer advice to the MD on financial matters
  • A strong team player with excellent management skills
  • Prioritize tasks, manage workload, and remain composed under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication skills
  • Willingness to adapt and take on diverse responsibilities

We anticipate a salary of approximately £62,000 per year, recognizing the critical role this position plays in fostering our organization's financial prosperity.
