Cygnet Health Care's Long Eaton Day Services provides a mixed gender service for individuals aged 16 and above, specialising in supporting those with learning disabilities, complex health needs, physical disabilities, and autism. Our Day Services focus on demonstrating outcomes and value through activities, which are derived from professionals, parents, carers, and service users themselves.
Your Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and developing OT treatment programmes for service users. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that service users receive comprehensive care and support.
