We are currently seeking a talented Senior Town Planner to join our team in one of our office locations. As a senior planner, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of planning projects, including planning applications, appeals, and reports. Your expertise will be sought by clients across the UK, and you will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex planning projects, working collaboratively with legal teams to provide integrated planning and legal solutions. You will also be required to prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and reports, as well as staying up-to-date with UK planning legislation and policy changes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:
  • A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
  • Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or working towards it.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience within the UK planning system.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £55,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
