About the Role

Become a key member of our Children's Services team at Bury Council and contribute to our 'Let's Do it for Children' vision. As a Team Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely assessment and intervention for our children, achieving this through professional and reflective supervision, supporting staff learning and development, and ensuring the production of high-quality work to improve the outcomes for our children.

About You

We are looking for candidates with substantive previous experience of working with children and their families in a statutory social care environment. You will need to have good knowledge of legislation and professional practice and will have the opportunity to work with children and families alongside management responsibilities, such as, chairing meetings and supervising and supporting social workers.
