Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of our national accounts and drive growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with the UK's biggest grocery retailers, from concept to launch. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and identify opportunities for growth. With your expertise in grocery private label sales and data-driven decision-making, you will be instrumental in driving revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with key grocery retailers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in grocery private label sales
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and retail landscape
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
