Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator Driver. This role will play a crucial part in the daily operations of our transport service, providing a safe and reliable service to schools.

Key Responsibilities:Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Organize and manage daily schedules for drivers and routes, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of students.
  • Communicate with schools, parents, and drivers to confirm pick-up and drop-off times, and make adjustments as needed.
Compliance Management:
  • Ensure all drivers have up-to-date certifications and background checks, and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, insurance, and inspections.
  • Monitor compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, ensuring our transport service meets the highest standards.
Administrative Duties:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records, and prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
