About the Role

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Trainer to join our client's thriving Training Academy. As a key member of the commercial operation, you will play a vital role in delivering and developing products and services that enhance workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver health and safety training programs for clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with the Training Academy team to create engaging and effective training materials
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations for health and safety improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in health and safety
Requirements
  • NEBOSH National Certificate (or IGC) and Technician Safety Practitioner certificate
  • PTLLS or level 3 teaching qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in delivering health and safety training and developing training materials
  • Background in practical safety subjects, such as engineering, construction, or fire safety
