We are seeking professional, hard-working graduates with strong communication skills, high levels of computer literacy, and strong organisational abilities. If you have a minimum diploma level 4 in counselling and at least 100 hours of counselling experience, we would love to hear from you. As a graduate counsellor, you will be joining a supportive company that will give you further training to develop your career.

You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives. Our Client offers a comprehensive employee assistance programme, providing 24/7 support services to employers from organisations of all sizes. The salary for this position is approximately £28,000 per annum, including benefits such as profit share scheme, perkbox staff discount scheme, and private health insurance after 5 years of service.

This is a brilliant opportunity to begin your counselling career with the expertise and support from the number one EAP in the UK. You will receive extensive training and development throughout the 6-month graduate scheme, before moving into a full-time well-being counsellor role.
