About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ward rounds and participate in care planning to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
  • Analyse behaviours and adapt care accordingly with colleagues to promote a safe and supportive environment.
  • Update patient records and provide overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive care package that meets the individual needs of service users.
