About the Role:

Providing care since 1861, our industry-leading service is highly specialised, supporting people with a range of neurological conditions including brain injury, spinal injuries, progressive conditions, and stroke. To ensure patients at the service receive the best possible care, internal and external training courses are offered to every member of the nursing team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to the multidisciplinary team on shift
  • Utilise complex clinical skills such as tracheostomy care and ventilator care
  • Attend all training and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to further your clinical knowledge and promote nursing excellence
  • Assist with performance management of junior staff, following the organisation's policies and procedures

Requirements:

To apply for this senior nursing position, you must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin. You will also have a background in complex care, along with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
