At Tangent Marketing Services, we're seeking a highly skilled Front End Lead Developer to join our team. As a key member of our digital agency, you'll be responsible for leading the front-end development of our projects, ensuring high-quality code and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality front-end code for new builds and existing sites
  • Collaborate with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Ensure front-end applications meet design requirements across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for front-end development
  • Manage and mentor a front-end team, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in front-end development, including experience working in a digital agency
  • Strong knowledge of front-end development, including responsive web development and custom animations
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including ES6 and object-oriented coding
  • Experience with React, React Native, and other relevant technologies
  • Understanding of accessibility, efficiency, and optimization on the web
Bonus Points:
  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
  • Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms
  • Experience with Docker or Vagrant for virtual environments
