Job Title: Clinical Care Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Leader. This role involves delivering outstanding care in complex care settings and leading a team of support workers. The successful candidate will work with clients in the Birmingham region, providing individualized care and support to enable them to live independently at home and within their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Train and assess workers' competencies, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to provide high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Manage a team of non-clinical case managers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care outcomes.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £44,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional care.
  • A comprehensive package including a car allowance of £3,000 per annum and mileage expenses.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess advanced clinical skills in complex care, experience delivering care to adult and pediatric service users, and a valid driver's license.
