The Role

We are seeking a Programme Lead - Climate Advocacy and Sustainable Development to join our Programme and Business Development Team. This individual will lead Reall's climate and green buildings agenda, support our climate advocacy efforts, and drive the organization forward as a global thought and practice-leader in climate-smart and affordable homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to advance Reall's climate and green buildings agenda
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate climate change considerations into programme design and implementation
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and civil society organizations
  • Develop and manage project proposals, budgets, and reports to secure funding and resources
  • Provide technical assistance and capacity-building support to Reall's programme teams and partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sustainable urban development, climate change, and green buildings
  • Strong understanding of climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies, including the Paris Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals
  • Experience in programme management, including project design, implementation, and evaluation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
