About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Healthcare Mergers and Acquisitions team with a strong track record of success in the mid-market. The team focuses on key subsectors such as Pharma Services, Healthcare Services, and Medical Devices.

Key Responsibilities

As a Vice President in the team, you will support new business development and manage deal execution. You will work in a collegial, friendly, and entrepreneurial environment where you will be given substantial responsibility and encouraged to help further grow the business.

Requirements
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  2. Requisite VP level M&A experience in an M&A boutique or Big 4 style M&A group
  3. Strong execution experience on end-to-end deals (closed deal experience)
  4. Demonstrable track record in the Healthcare sector
  5. Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring Analysts and Associates
  6. Ability to grow our business and act entrepreneurially
  7. Management skills in supervising and training staff
