Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Communications and Branding Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of our programs, projects, and services.

The ideal candidate must have experience in creating and overseeing the implementation of communications plans, designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, and developing, refining, and prioritizing core messages. You will work closely with our staff, board members, volunteers, donors, program participants, and other supporters to ensure that our messages are consistent and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and oversee the implementation of our communications plan
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Develop, refine, and prioritize our core messages

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field
  • 7+ years of communications experience, preferably in the non-profit sector
  • Proven track record developing and implementing communications strategies
