Aftersales Business Development Specialist

A competitive base salary, bonus, and commission package is on offer for this exciting opportunity with a leading Machinery Manufacturer in Belfast.
We are seeking a driven sales professional with a knack for technical products to join our team as an Aftersales Business Development Specialist.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of aftersales business by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities using historical sales data and market insights.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to promote aftersales efforts, developing quotes, content, and campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Order Management: Manage the end-to-end order process, from sending timely and accurate quotations to entering orders on CRM and ERP systems.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use aftermarket tools to analyse customer growth opportunities and provide the Head of Sales with regular updates on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Sales experience (2-5 years required): Proven track record in sales, particularly within a technical or industrial environment. Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Science sectors is ideal.
