The company RGE Services Ltd has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fire Contracts Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, preferably in the public sector.

About the Job

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to manage contracts effectively, ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, and take a proactive approach to achieve best practices.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the day-to-day delivery of reactive and preventative maintenance services under fire contracts.
  2. Procure materials required for the contract, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
  3. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including fire safety regulations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience in contract management, preferably in the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, FIA, and BAFE qualifications.
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Good presentation, leadership, and management skills.
