About the Opportunity

This is a challenging position that demands the ability to manage fire contracts efficiently, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and drive excellence in all aspects of the job.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000, based on experience.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the daily execution of reactive and preventive maintenance services under fire contracts.
  2. Source and acquire necessary materials for the contract, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
  3. Guarantee compliance with laws and regulations, including fire safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years' experience in contract management, preferably in the public sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations, FIA, and BAFE qualifications.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Superior presentation, leadership, and management skills.
