Supervisor Role at Burger King

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team at Burger King in Lancaster. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve excellent brand standards and customer service
  • Maximize profit by driving sales and controlling costs
  • Process stock counts and orders
  • Partner with the Store Manager to set targets for the team
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, identifying training needs
  • Take ownership of customer feedback and respond in a timely manner
  • Support the team with food preparation and refreshments
