Restaurant General Manager

At GPS Hospitality, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our Burger King restaurant in Lancaster, PA. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and control restaurant expenses to ensure profitability.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
