We are seeking a talented and motivated marketing professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth strategy. This role will play a key part in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that promote our services, engage with current and potential clients, and build brand awareness.

About the Role:

The Sales and Marketing Executive will work closely with our Sales team and other departments to create compelling content, manage online and offline marketing activities, and support lead-generation efforts. Key responsibilities include planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, producing high-quality content, managing social media strategies, and tracking conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital marketing, events, email marketing, and print
  2. Produce high-quality content for blogs, website, newsletters, social media, brochures, and other marketing materials
  3. Manage social media strategies, content posting, and engagement across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
  4. Support lead-generation strategies, track conversions, and nurture leads through various stages of the sales funnel
  5. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to promote our services
  6. Ensure consistency in our messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels
  7. Support the planning and execution of client events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and foster client relationships
  8. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to the marketing manager/director

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in marketing, preferably within a professional services or accountancy environment
  2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing
  3. Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM software
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences
  5. Experience in managing social media accounts and creating content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms
  6. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  7. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail
  8. A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
