About this opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive digital transformation and inspire our engineering teams to be creative, innovative, and empowered to reach their full potential. As the Head of Engineering, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic vision and direction for the lab, collaborating with Product Owners, technical teams, and other engineering leads across the group.

Key responsibilities:

  • Jointly assume ownership, development, and accountability of Lab strategic and quarterly OKRs.
  • Optimise, evolve, and deliver an efficient operating model.
  • Support shaping of the backlog and prioritising outcomes essential to keep the solution/product in good health.
  • Create an organisation that is truly data-driven and provides the best value propositions to our customers.
  • Define the What and Why the team delivers, and how through a combination of engineering solutions and changes to our ways of working.
