Job Summary

As a Site Operations Coordinator at Parsons Containers Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our self-storage sites. Your primary responsibility will be to meet customers at their key collection appointment, providing a comprehensive briefing on container store operations and highlighting essential rules to follow on site.

You will work closely with the customer services team to arrange appointments and respond to health and safety emergency call-outs in line with our operating procedures and risk assessment. This role requires excellent time management skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently. You will be based outdoors, visiting different sites across the North East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet customers at key collection appointments and provide a comprehensive briefing on container store operations.
  • Highlight essential rules to follow on site and ensure customers remain safe.
  • Work closely with the customer services team to arrange appointments and respond to health and safety emergency call-outs.
  • Maintain company standards on U Hold The Key sites, including carrying out light maintenance duties or reporting issues to Head Office.
