Teaching Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our team in providing high-quality education to young learners in one of Knowsley's vibrant primary schools.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Level 3 Nursery qualification to develop their skills and experience in a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the teaching team in delivering high-quality education to young learners
  • Assist with planning and preparation of lessons and activities
  • Provide individual support to pupils with special educational needs
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

  • Level 3 Nursery qualification or higher
  • Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Good understanding of special educational needs and how to support pupils with these needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
