Join Our Team as a Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.

About the Role:

  • Work in various teams and disciplines, including Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Hospital Discharge, and Community Care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users and their families.
  • Conduct assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work and current Social Work England registration.
  • Enhanced DBS and access to your own vehicle.
  • Experience of relationship-focused social work and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
