Key Responsibilities

As a Vessel Project Manager, you will be responsible for owning a variety of business and vessel-related tasks, including commercial, operational, technical, and planned maintenance.

Key Accountabilities

This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of markets and no day is the same. You will arrange off-hire survey completions, manage costs, and contribute to budget forecasting. You will also provide technical support to the charterer throughout the charter period, ensure all flag requirements and charters are well informed and kept up to date with inspections. Additionally, you will line manage marine crew, liaise with field support to assist in the compilation of crew rotas.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with offshore experience or those already in a shore-based management role who thrives from problem-solving, is results-driven, and has a passion for success. Communication skills are key for this role, as you will be the go-to person from internal stakeholders and external stakeholders. Strong people management skills are also imperative for this role, to enable growth and development of your team. Working as a Vessel Project Manager, you will be required to make technical decisions, and we need people who are passionate about health and safety and can promote our positive safety culture.
