Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our Real Estate team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading Project Management Commissions and delivering end-to-end service excellence to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership
    • Lead Project Management Commissions, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
    • Act as the primary client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to the required quality standards
  • Strategic Advice
    • Provide strategic advice to clients on project conception, including identifying optimal approaches to achieve client objectives
    • Establish overall success criteria for projects, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters
  • Project Governance
    • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to ensure project success
    • Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues
  • Team Management
    • Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
    • Monitor and apply performance management techniques to improve project performance
  • Financial Management
    • Manage project finances, including monitoring and advising on project costs
  • Communication
    • Ensure effective communication with clients and project teams through regular meetings and written updates
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
  • Proven experience in managing Real Estate projects, preferably in a consultancy environment
