Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our expanding Real Estate team in Manchester. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading Project Management Commissions and ensuring that client objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
- Act as the key client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets.
- Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
- Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems.
- Project planning, including ensuring the production of detailed project plans.
- Advising on the procurement of resources.
- Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team.
- Monitoring and applying performance management techniques.
- Managing the change control process.
- Monitoring and advising on project finances.
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client.
Marketing and Business Development
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients.
- Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities.
- Work with Associate Directors and Directors to construct bids for new work.
- Attend formal client pitches with Assistant Directors and Directors.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
